Sovereign Way Christian Church in Hesperia, California, was planted in 2010 in the high desert of southern California. After relocating multiple times to accommodate its growth, the church purchased its property in 2018. Since the first home worship service was held with thirty people, the purpose of SWCC has been to make disciples of Christ through the proclamation of His Word. They are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission and aim to glorify God by welcoming worshippers from every nation, tribe, and tongue. Their primary goal is to be witnesses of Christ in their local community and beyond.
Led by Pastor Stephen Feinstein, the church family aims to spread the gospel by focusing on one person at a time. With this mission in mind, they intentionally seek to share the hope of Christ with others. One recent outreach initiative occurred during a local festival, where they set up a booth to connect with attendees. They also have weekly outreach in their neighborhood park, and teams regularly visit their local junior college to build relationships with students.
