Pastor Oscar Walker has served in ministry for more than thirty-eight years. He is a faithful disciple-maker who has birthed ministries designed to equip leaders and ministers for the work of the Lord. Pastor Walker was married to his beloved wife, Joyce, for fifty-six years before she went home to be with the Lord. He is blessed with three daughters, two granddaughters, two grandsons, and four great-granddaughters. His hobbies include auto mechanics, writing books, reading, gardening, and fishing. As he often says, he now tends to “God’s garden” and seeks to be a faithful “fisher of men.”

Disciples Tabernacle Church is seeking God earnestly in prayer and believing Him for miracles in multiple areas of ministry and community impact. They are trusting the Lord to do amazing things in 2026.
