Trust is the confident expectation that others will act with integrity, competence, and consistency, with the best interests of the church and its mission in mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Four Key Elements of Trust<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trust in ministry isn\u2019t built on good intentions alone. It rests on a few essential qualities that leaders must embody. These qualities form the framework that allows people to follow with confidence and serve with joy. People grow cautious and second-guess motives.
