      When trust erodes in a church, ministry begins to slow, and relationships start to strain. People grow cautious and second-guess motives.             4. Do I genuinely care for the people I lead, not just the ministry tasks they perform? People trust shepherds who love them as individuals, not just as volunteers.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. When trust is broken, am I quick to own my part and make it right? Humility and repentance are powerful trust-rebuilders.<\/span><\/li>\n
