Faith Community Church (Iglesia Comunidad de Fe) meets in the historic center of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Pastor Pedro Luis Adames leads the congregation along with his wife, Alba. They have been married for twenty years and have three sons: Abi, Amiel, and Abiel.

Faith Community Church is the first bilingual church in Puerto Plata and the fifth church plant started by Pedro and Alba. Though the congregation is small, the church has a strong commitment to serving the local community. Their ministries include feeding programs, discipleship through life groups across the city, and the development of a vocational school to help meet practical needs. The church has recently purchased property where they hope to build a vocational school and conference center in the future.

• Pray that many people in Puerto Plata will come to know Jesus Christ.
• Pray for healing for those in the church and community who are sick.
• Pray for God to provide a permanent place for the church to meet without the burden of rent.
• Pray for Pastor Pedro as he leads the church.
• Pray for provision as the church desires to begin construction on their vocational school and conference center.
• Pray that more local residents will attend and become part of the church.
